Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For a refund or exchange on an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us within one hour.
After this time, your order will have been processed, and we will no longer be able to cancel or refund it.
You will need to wait until you receive the parcel, then send it back to us if you no longer wish to keep it. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with the refund.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. For a refund to be processed, the product must be undamaged and unused.
Please note:
If the product is damaged or used, we may refuse the refund, even if it is returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. The return shipping cost will be the customerâs responsibility. Please do not return the item to the manufacturer; instead, contact us by email.
Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not related to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you havenât received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is shown.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges:
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@wearmenfit.com
Gifts:
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping:
To return an item, please contact us at contact@wearmenfit.com, and we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over ÂŁ75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
Note:
In the event of an address error or refusal of the parcel (due to customer error), the order will not be refunded. Only a new shipment can be made at the customer's expense.
